Dr Laura Hobbs
Science Communicator; Outreach Specialist
Laura is an academic who works at the Universities of Lancaster and UWE Bristol in Science Communication and Outreach. Laura holds an MSci in Geology and PhD in Environmental Science (volcanology) from University of Bristol. She has extensive experience of science communication and informal learning for underserved audiences, particularly children under 5 and their families and adults and children with disabilities.

Charles Bailey is a Creative Director and community engagement strategist who has over 40 years experience working nationally and internationally in the fields of media, Sports, Music, PR and community engagement. Charles has led large campaigns for organisations such as The Metropolitan Police, Arsenal FC, Macmillan Charity, The Mayor of London, Cabinet Office, Jigsaw4U, Emmaus, PPC, London Borough of Lambeth, Church of England, BBC News, and more. Adrianne has 12 years of experience in visual communications and is passionate about her work. She received a Foundation Degree in Art and Design from University of Creative Arts in Epsom and her passion for photography grew whilst she attended Central Saint Martins.
Adrianne has worked on a range of projects, weddings, corporate events, parties, seminars and live events for clients like Time to Change - the national anti stigma mental health campaign, the award winning London-centric The Cut Magazine, Queen Mary University of London & NHS England funded Mental Health 4 Life.
Currently a resident Photographer & Director of Photogrpahy for Words of Colour Productions & Digital Women UK, Adrianne helps the initiative by encouraging and promoting the involvement of women working or wanting to work in digital industries.
